How do I send my items to you?

After placing your order, package your equipment securely and post it to the address provided in your order confirmation email.

How Long does sharpening takes?

Turnaround times vary depending on workload, but we aim to complete most sharpening jobs promptly within 1-3 days. We’ll notify you as soon as your items are ready.

Do you offer returns or guarantees?

We stand by the quality of our work. If you have any concerns about the sharpening results, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Do you sharpen for professionals?

Absolutely. We work with groomers and pet salons. (my wife being the most critical groomer who rely on precision tools)

How do I book a sharpening service?

Simply select the items you want sharpened, add them to your cart, update the quantities, and complete checkout. You can place an order with or without creating an account.

When do I pay?

Final payment is requested once sharpening is complete. Your items will be shipped back to you after payment is received

What if my scissors or blades are damaged?

We can often restore tools that are dull, misaligned, or lightly damaged. If we receive an item that cannot be safely or effectively sharpened, we’ll contact you before proceeding

How should I package my items for shipping?

Wrap each item securely to prevent movement or damage during transit. Using bubble wrap or protective sleeves is recommended.
